Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee a global Software Engineering team, ensuring all development efforts are high quality and our blockchain infrastructure runs efficiently
- Partner with Management to define the technical roadmap, while leading the development of current and future products from conception to delivery
- Oversee, mentor and motivate the team to be successful in their positions
- Ensure the team meets project deadlines and company goals
- Monitor the teams performance and productivity and offer support where necessary
- Implement best practices for software development by staying up to date with the latest blockchain technologies to drive innovation
- Handle any critical technical problems and strategically deliver high performing solutions
- Work cross-functionally with the Business team to define and support field requirements
