Desired Qualifications
- Strong track record and experience in software development, testing, management, business analyst or similar capacity.
- Experience in financial technology including trading, accounting, asset management or similar areas.
- Strong analytical skills, fast learner, able to grasp key concepts in different application domains, identify key risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills, Mandarin speaking is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze and examine current key system processes including trading, custody, asset reconciliation, account management and security management; create technology documentations as needed.
- Identify gaps from regulatory/compliance point of view.
- Strategize and track remediation progress.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams, setup key policies around technology management.
- Oversee implementation and iteration of technology policies across global teams.
