- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate in data entry and record keeping
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Collaborate with various departments to identify their procurement needs
- Research potential vendors and obtain quotes for goods and services
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels
- Track shipments and communicate with vendors to resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
