Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, distributed systems
- Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, including AWS, Kubernetes, and TerraformExperience in observability and monitoring of applications, services, and networks, using tools such as Prometheus/Grafana and ELK logging
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, CI/CD
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and identify root causes
- A knack for breaking down complex problems into manageable steps
- High level of autonomy, discipline, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-cultural team
- Ability to express your ideas clearly and defend them if need be
- A keen interest in Crypto/Web3
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, maintain and optimize public-facing infrastructure stack
- Design, maintain and optimize internal facing infrastructure stack
- Manage projects regarding cloud computing, Kubernetes and databases
- Continuously improve frontend, backend and even mobile team CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously improve our monitoring and observability stack
- Take part in capacity planning and performance optimization projects
- Automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Respond to incidents and outages in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Git
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and identify root causes
- Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement new solutions
- Be part of the on-call rotationDocument procedures and processes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
