Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing the reception desk and ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, and being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Providing management and the team with administrative and organisational support
- Booking and preparing the meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings and interviews, keeping them tidy and stocked
- Responsible for in-going and out-going mail handling, answering, screening, and forwarding emails and incoming phone calls
- Providing support in organising company events and conferences
- Taking care of access, badge, and key management
- Keeping an inventory of office and kitchen materials, and ordering materials as needed
- Liaising with subcontractors and service providers, as needed
- Carrying out other duties and miscellaneous tasks, as needed
