Desired Qualifications

Senior-level experience with a deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems like Ethereum and its L2s, Polkadot, NEAR, Hedera, and others. Prior experience in managing open-source products. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative ideas, functionalities, and product roadmaps.

Duties & Responsibilities

Taking full ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with both developer needs and ecosystem goals.
Communicating with dev communities, organizations, DAOs, and internal teams (BDs, PMs, Tech leads, architects, and developers) to ascertain product requirements.
Coordinating with stakeholders to align proposed roadmaps and communicate findings.
Overseeing an array of dev-focused products such as Frameworks for building networks/protocols, Open source libraries, Network software clients/host/validators, Faucets, Dev Portals, CLIs, SDKs, and more.
