Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic account management process, ensuring a smooth customer journey from onboarding to long-term success.
- -Engage deeply with VP and C-level executives to understand and support their business challenges and goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver on client expectations and report back on outcomes.
- Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement and documentation based on client interactions.

What You Will Be Doing
π Customer Relationship Management: Own the relationship with customers post-deal and beyond.
π€ Strategic Engagement: Build a deep understanding of the customer's business, strategy, and goals, acting as a liaison between the product team and the customer to meet their needs.
π₯ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to position Rarible effectively and ensure seamless product launches and feature development.
π Documentation and Communication: Maintain thorough documentation and communication channels between internal and external stakeholders.
π‘ Growth Identification: Identify upsell and revenue-growth opportunities, as well as strategic, non-revenue opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
π Performance and Satisfaction Monitoring: Manage a quarterly business review (QBR) process with each major client, aiming for an 80%+ positive customer NPS/satisfaction score.
